1983年元月的一天,邵阳地区粮食局接到某县粮食局告急电话:该县某区粮站一个25吨油罐的食油全部漏完。这一令人吃惊的消息立即震憾了整个粮食系统各级主管部门。领导干部星夜驱车前往出事现场……。同年10月,另一个县属油库200吨油池同样因油龙头关闭不严也发生漏油事故。这一类型漏油事故,每年总要出现几次,给国家造成损失。在近年来油脂高度集中储藏的情况下,油山油海,一旦失误,损失更是无可挽回。因此,如何防患于未然,是保管工作最迫切需要解决的事情。为此,我们经过多次试验、设计,研制成功了电子漏油报警器,经二年多来的使用,效果良好。这种漏油报警器结构简单,造价低廉,灵敏度高,一般保管员都可以自行仿制。一、电路原理:如图一用一只晶体三
