中小学时期是社会主义核心价值观培育和践行的重要阶段。在展开对于中小学生的核心价值观培养过程中应该针对中小学生的心理发展特点,结合价值观形成的心理机制进行。具体可以加强课程改革和课堂教学,加深价值理解;加强中华优秀传统文化教育,强化价值认同;加强实践教学,坚定价值选择。同时,也要加强教师育人能力培养,实现价值整合,这样才能够让价值观的引导效果更突出,学生对于核心价值观的理解也会更深入。
The primary and secondary schools are an important stage in nurturing and practicing the core values of socialism. In developing the core values of primary and middle school students should focus on psychological development characteristics of primary and secondary students, combined with the psychological mechanism of values formed. Specifically, it can enhance curriculum reform and classroom teaching, deepen the understanding of values, strengthen the excellent Chinese traditional culture and education, strengthen the identification of values, strengthen practical teaching and strengthen the choice of value. At the same time, we should also strengthen the cultivation of teachers ’ability to educate people and realize the integration of values so as to make the guidance of values more prominent and students’ understanding of core values deeper.
