目的确定PET/CT中心各个功能用房的屏蔽厚度。方法 IAEA安全报告丛书—NO.58和AAPMTG108。结果以18F为主概述影响PET/CT屏蔽体厚度的因子,以此确定屏蔽计算公式。结论由于湮没光子的能量较高使得PET/CT中心的屏蔽要求与其他诊断设施不同,通常吸收室还不止一个,屏蔽计算时需综合考虑每个吸收室对控制区和非控制区的影响。
Purpose To determine the shielding thickness of each function room in the PET / CT center. Methods IAEA Security Reports Series -NO.58 and AAPMTG108. The results mainly focus on the factors that affect the thickness of PET / CT shield 18F to determine the shielding formula. Conclusion Due to the high energy of annihilation photons, the shielding requirements of PET / CT center are different from those of other diagnostic facilities. Usually, there are more than one absorption room. The influence of each absorption room on the control area and non-control area should be considered comprehensively in shielding calculation.
