新型液压提升钻修机采用长液压缸作为基础提升装置，其主要组成部分有：柱塞缸、游动架、提升钢丝绳、平衡装置、柱塞导向装置、顶驱和液压系统。与常规钻修机相比，该新型钻修机因省去了铰车、游车和井架而重量轻、体积小，且立根排放可在钻台平面内进行，因而提高了甲板的承载能力。本机的液压系统中安装有储能器，在进行提升作业时，可对系统中的振动进行有效的补偿。另外，柱塞式钻机可减小维修作业和作业人员。
The new hydraulic lifting rig uses a long hydraulic cylinder as a basic lifting device, the main components are: plunger cylinder, swimming rack, hoisting rope, balancing device, plunger guide, top drive and hydraulic system.
