(一) 浙江省临安县档案馆于1959年4月成立,兼做县委档案室的工作,负责县级机关和人民公社档案工作的业务指导。馆长由县委办公室主任兼任。有专职干部三人(其中一人为副馆长),分工是:副馆长负责全馆工作,还管业务指导和参加馆内一些具体工作;一人主管整理、保管、调卷工作;二人主管资料工作,并根据各方面的要求摘录系统的专题资料。档案馆从建立以来,接收了1956年以的撤销机关和现行机关的档案141个全宗,20060卷。对接收的档案,特别是县委、县人委的档案,都做过检查,发现文件不全即时进行了补充。进销的案卷,都经过必要的加工调
