(一)引言 在光电发射体以及光电器件的研究中,都要应用碱金属源。碱金属源分为中性源和离子源两大类。在研究Ⅲ—Ⅴ族光电发射体中多用离子源作为碱金属源。碱金属离子源还用于原子碰撞和离子碰撞研究中以及在低气压(p≈10~(-5)托)情况下伴随电击穿现象的研究中,此时把平稳的离子流作为研究用的一种探针。所以,研究如何获得碱金属离子源是有意义的。我们为了研究光电发射体的需要,研究了一种铯离子源。 (二)离子源的描述 把高纯度的Al_2O_3电泳于钨螺旋上作为载体,将其浸入
