以天津海河教育园区毕业生为调查对象,采用问卷调查法采集数据,对高等职业教育毕业生的职业迁移特征进行了定量解析。结果表明:超过80%的高等职业教育毕业生在其初始职业生涯4年内至少经历1次的组织迁移,100%的学生在其职业生涯的6年内至少经历1次的岗位迁移和职位迁移;组织迁移、岗位迁移的次数在第6年达到峰值,而职位迁移的次数在第5年达到峰值;另外,在校时所学专业对于高等职业教育毕业生的职业迁移特征具有一定的调节作用。
Take Tianjin Haihe Education Park graduates as the survey object, the questionnaire survey method is used to collect the data, and the quantitative analysis of the vocational migration characteristics of higher vocational education graduates is carried out. The results showed that more than 80% graduates of higher vocational education experienced at least one organizational relocation within 4 years of their initial career, and 100% of graduates experienced at least one job relocation and job relocation within 6 years of their career. The number of relocation and job relocation peaked in the sixth year, while the number of job relocation peaked in the fifth year. In addition, the major studied at school had a certain regulatory effect on the career relocation of graduates of higher vocational education.
