患者男性,30岁。因硫酸二甲酯贮罐内液体外溢,不慎溅入患者左眼内及背部、右上肢外侧、两下肢小腿外侧皮肤。当即感到眼部刺痛、畏光、流泪。5～10分钟后脱离现场,用自来水冲洗左眼,后又改用生理盐水继续冲洗约10分钟,并用水冲洗背部约10分钟。当时眼部仍感疼痛,背部皮肤发热刺痛,自行回家。当晚,眼痛增剧、伴眼睑肿胀,咽痛、声音嘶哑,轻度咳嗽,背部灼痛。次日清晨发现背部出现红斑及水疱,急诊入院。
Male patient, 30 years old. Eye immediately felt tingling, photophobia, tears. 5 to 10 minutes after leaving the scene, wash the left eye with tap water, then use saline to continue to flush for about 10 minutes, and rinse the back with water for about 10 minutes. At that time the eye is still feeling pain, fever, stinging back of the skin, go home. That night, eye pain increased, with eyelid swelling, sore throat, hoarseness, mild cough, back burning. The next morning found erythema and blisters on the back, emergency admission.
