正视农村初中学校教师的教学生态,是提高农村初中教育教学质量的关键。本文在梳理现状的基础上,分析了产生教学生态“亚健康”的原因,并提出了调整这种低层次教学生态的措施与策略。
Facing the teaching ecology of teachers in rural junior high schools is the key to improve the teaching quality of junior middle school education in rural areas. On the basis of combing the status quo, this paper analyzes the causes of teaching ecology and “subhealth”, and puts forward measures and tactics to adjust this low level teaching ecology.
