Objective To investigate the effect of B-mode ultrasonography in late pregnancy on the mode of delivery and outcome. Methods A retrospective analysis of 115 cases of our hospital amniotic fluid index AFI (≤ 5 cm) as the observation group were randomly selected 80 cases of full-term pregnancy in our hospital B-amniotic fluid normal pregnant women as a control group, two groups of patients Mode of delivery and delivery outcomes were compared. Results Cesarean section rate and vaginal delivery were significantly increased in oligohydramnios group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Fetal distress is more likely to occur in term pregnant women with oligohydramnios. Cesarean section rate and vaginal delivery rate are increased. However, a considerable number of pregnant women still have vaginal delivery under strict surveillance. There is no significant difference in newborns.
