随着信息化社会的发展,媒体与立法、行政、司法的联系愈发密切,对侦查也产生了重要影响。现阶段,媒体介入对侦查的影响利弊不一,仍有需改进和完善之处。因此,要正确看待媒体介入对侦查的影响,充分发挥媒体的积极作用,厘定各方资源,达成侦查与媒体介入的契合,保证我国社会主义法治建设顺利进行。
With the development of information society, the media has closer relations with the legislature, the administration and the judiciary, which also has an important influence on the investigation. At this stage, the impact of media intervention on investigation varies greatly, so there is still room for improvement and improvement.
