随着我国职业教育的改革和发展,社会上对人才的要求越来越高,要求培养高素质、高水平的综合型的人才。因此,更多的高校开始加大对实训设备的投入和建设。在高职院校中,实训设备有利于保障学生的实训技能的提高,也是学校开展技能培训的重要基础。因此,对实训室设备的有效管理可以促进学生的实践操作能力的提高。本文阐释了高职院校实训室设备管理中存在的问题,并提出了管理的措施。
With the reform and development of the vocational education in our country, the demand for qualified personnel in the society is getting higher and higher, and it is required to cultivate a high-quality and high-level comprehensive talent. Therefore, more colleges and universities began to increase input and construction of training equipment. In vocational colleges, training equipment is conducive to improving the students’ training skills, but also an important basis for schools to carry out skills training. Therefore, the effective management of training room equipment can promote the improvement of students’ practical ability. This article explains the problems existing in the equipment management of the training room in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the management measures.
