本文对比了各类价值定义,确认科技信息的价值存在于价值客体与价值主体的关系之中,提出了价值只是科技信息的关系属性,如果不与用户发生关系,科技信息自身不具有价值。只有潜价值或可能价值;这种潜价值只有发展成为价值的可能,它并不具备现实价值的意义。要使潜价值变为价值,唯一的途径是让科技信息与用户发生关系。一旦发生关系,潜价值就会被用户吸收、转化、满足其自身发展的需要,也就实现了科技信息的价值。
This article compares various kinds of value definition, confirms that the value of science and technology information exists in the relationship between value object and value subject, and proposes that the value is only the relation attribute of science and technology information. If it does not relate to the user, the technology information itself has no value. Only the potential value or possible value; this potential value only develops into the possibility of value, it does not have the meaning of real value. The only way to turn potential value into value is to get technology information in touch with the user. Once the relationship occurs, the potential value will be absorbed by the user, transformed to meet the needs of its own development, also realized the value of scientific and technological information.
