职工文化是企业的精神旗帜,是职工的精神家园,也是职工凝聚力、创造力的重要源泉。本文以永荣矿业曾家山煤业分公司职工文化建设的实践为例,探讨分析了职工文化对提高职工队伍素质,引领倡导健康文明生活方式,推动企业安全发展和增强企业软实力的积极作用,并对如何加强职工文化建设提出了建设性的思考。
Staff culture is the spiritual banner of enterprises, is the spiritual home of workers, but also workers cohesion, an important source of creativity. Taking the practice of worker culture construction of Zengjiashan Coal Branch of Yongrong Mining as an example, this paper analyzes and analyzes the positive effects of staff culture on improving the quality of staff, leading a healthy and civilized life style, promoting the safe development of enterprises and enhancing the soft power of enterprises. And put forward constructive thinking on how to strengthen the staff’s cultural construction.
