为探讨保水剂与烟草生理特性的关系,采用盆栽试验研究了不同用量保水剂对烟草根系活力、叶片抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:适量施用保水剂(3~5 g/株)可以显著影响烟草生理特性,与对照相比,提高了烟草根系活力,降低了烟叶SOD、POD和CAT活性,降低了丙二醛、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量;采用隶属函数法综合分析保水剂对烟草生理特性的调控效果,得出3 g/株处理效果最佳,该用量保水剂最有利于改善烟株生理特性,提高烟株生长适应性。
In order to investigate the relationship between the super absorbent polymer and the physiological characteristics of tobacco, pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different super absorbent polymers on root activity, antioxidant enzyme activity, malondialdehyde and osmotic adjustment in tobacco leaves.
