万源市财政局在党组书记、局长刘文海等人的领导正,认真实践“三个代表”重要思想,努力增收节支,强化财政监督,确保重点需要,全县财政工作取得了良好的成绩。2003年,财政一般预算收入较上年增长11.9%,一般预算支出较上年增长20.61%;2004年,财政一般预算收入较上年又增长24.43%,一般预算支出较上年增长40.38%。2004年全市各部门单位进行行风测评,万源市财政局路居前5名,获得全市“综合目标考核第一名”、“党建目标考核优秀基层党组织”等之种荣誉。“牢记宗旨保先进,忠实理财为人民”,今年以来,在开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动中,万源市财政局又从构和谐社会出发,不失时机地抓紧抓好财政各项改革,力争工作再上新台阶。
