目的 :研究凋亡相关基因P53和bcl- 2乳腺癌中的表达情况 ,以探讨其与乳腺癌发生发展的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P法检测 31例乳腺癌中凋亡相关基因P53和bcl- 2的表达。结果 :31例乳腺癌中P53和bcl- 2的阳性表达率分别为 87%和 77.4% ;bcl- 2的阳性表达在乳腺癌高中分化组与低分化组间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5) ;P53和bcl- 2的共同阳性率为 70 % ,二者的共同阴性率为 0 ,二者表达之间无明显相关 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :P53基因的突变以及bcl- 2的表达增高均与乳腺癌的发生发展相关 ,通过改变肿瘤的抗凋亡状态进行肿瘤的基因治疗 ,将具有重要的临床实用价值
Objective: To study the expression of apoptosis-related genes P53 and bcl-2 breast cancer in order to explore its relationship with the development of breast cancer. Methods: The expression of apoptosis-related genes P53 and bcl-2 in 31 cases of breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The positive expression rates of P53 and bcl-2 in breast cancer were 87% and 77.4%, respectively. The positive expression of bcl-2 in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated group (P <0 .0 5). The positive rate of P53 and bcl-2 was 70%. The common negative rate of P53 and bcl-2 was 0. There was no significant correlation between them (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The mutation of P53 gene and the increase of bcl-2 are both related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Gene therapy of tumor by changing the anti-apoptotic state of the tumor will have important clinical practical value
