在链条抽油机机架制造过程中 ,为减少机架焊接变形 ,消除机架焊接完成后的残余应力 ,保证机架的尺寸的稳定性 ,在制定合理的焊接工艺的同时 ,采用了振动时效的工艺措施。文章详尽阐述了抽油机机架焊接残余应力的产生及分布情况 ,利用振动时效消除残余应力的基本机理和具体实施方案。通过对抽油机机架在进行振动时效处理前后的残余应力测试数据的分析、对比 ,表明机架在振动时效处理后应力处于均匀化趋势 ,其平均应力和峰值应力普遍降低 ,从而大大减少了机架随时间延伸而发生变形的倾向 ,提高了机架尺寸精度的保持性。
