丈夫死于妻子“一锅热油”的反抗,52岁的张玲因故意伤害丈夫致其死亡而受到审判,他们内向的女儿精神崩溃。这起家庭暴力悲剧,发生在首都北京。张玲的眼睛很大,可是,整个庭审过程,她一直闭着眼,低着头。因为,她不愿意相信自己有一天会站在被告人席上。之所以有这一天,是因为张玲冲动之下把半锅热油泼在丈夫背上。20多天后,丈夫因此死亡。张玲被以故意伤害罪提起公诉。屈辱之后的反抗张玲的冲动是有原因的:她遭受了长达27年的家庭暴力。张玲说,丈夫孟某对她的冷落和暴力始于女儿出生之时。
