《国务院关于原有有限责任公司和股份有限公司依照<中华人民共和国公司法>进行规范的通知》(国发[1995]17号)已翻印发至县。为做好我省原有有限责任公司和股份有限公司的规范工作,现结合我省实际,就贯彻实施提出以下意见,请认真贯彻执行。
“The State Council on the original limited liability company and the limited company in accordance with the” Company Law of the People’s Republic of China to regulate the notice "(Guo Fa [1995] No. 17) has been printed and distributed to the county. In order to do a good job in regulating the original limited liability companies and joint stock limited companies in our province, we hereby put forward the following opinions in light of the actual situation in our province and implement them carefully.
