目的健全医院感染监测信息系统,提高医院感染的实时监测、过程管理和数据统计的效率,从而有效预防与控制医院感染,保证医疗安全。方法将“计划-实施-检查-处理”(PDCA)循环模式引入医院感染监测信息系统,及时发现存在的问题,分析原因,并进行有效的干预。结果系统能够及时、有效的对医院感染发病情况、危险因素、感染暴发等进行实时监测、预警、统计和上报。结论引入计划、实施、检查、处理(PDCA)循环提高了医院感染监测信息系统的时效性和准确性,提升了医院感染管理的质量和效率。
Objective To improve the hospital infection monitoring information system and improve the real-time monitoring of hospital infection, process management and efficiency of data statistics, so as to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections and ensure medical safety. Methods The “plan - implement - check - process” (PDCA) cycle model was introduced into the hospital infection monitoring information system to find out the existing problems, analyze the causes and make effective interventions. Results The system could timely and effectively monitor, alert, report and report the incidence of hospital infection, risk factors and outbreak of infection timely and effectively. Conclusion The introduction of planning, implementation, inspection and treatment (PDCA) cycles improves the timeliness and accuracy of hospital infection monitoring information system and improves the quality and efficiency of hospital infection management.
