采用化学镀膜法在玻璃截体上制备了SnO2-Ag-SnO2复合膜,对膜的制备条件及膜性能进行了考察。电镜证明,该复合膜具有多层结构特征。当各膜层厚度比为185/93/185nm时,复合膜对波长为310~740nm的可见光透过率为75%,对2500~5000nm的红外光透过率仅为20%。该膜具有较好的红外热屏蔽功能。
The SnO2-Ag-SnO2 composite film was prepared on the glass block by chemical plating method. The preparation conditions and properties of the film were investigated. Electron microscopy shows that the composite membrane has multi-layered structure. When the film thickness ratio is 185/93/185 nm, the composite film has a visible light transmittance of 75% at a wavelength of 310-740 nm and an infrared light transmittance of only 20% at a wavelength of 2500-5000 nm. The film has better infrared heat shielding function.
