The value and vitality of a library in the information society depend to a large extent on the library’s ability to provide information in its social activities. Over the years, due to the reality of their traditional functions, public libraries have paid insufficient attention to the depth and breadth of document resources development and utilization, especially the overall utilization rate and utilization of library document resources. Therefore, while providing direct literature information service, libraries should also increase their efforts to develop and utilize the resources of the book literature in depth.
