自去年京沪、京沈两条高速公路全线贯通,并经过一段时间的试运行以后,两条线路的客运组织准备工作已经就绪,在今年五一“黄金周”运输开始全面正式开通。与此同时,京沪、京沈两条高速公路沿线50公里以内的25个城市也全面开通区间客运班车。 京沪、京沈两条线路是我国目前已经全线贯通的高速公路,为了使正式开通的高速客运做到有章可循,交通部办公厅已于近日印发了《京沪、京沈高速公路旅客运输组织方案》,确定京沪、京沈高速公路客运组织实行“统一规划、分步实施、市场调节、行政监督”的原则。这两条线路上的客运组织工作要做到严格并且规范。要求做到“十二个必须”:参营企业必须是符合交通部道路客运企业经营资质等级一级或二级企业;参营车辆必须采用公车公营方式从事经营,不得
Since last year the entire Beijing-Shanghai and Beijing-Shenyang Expressway went through, and after a period of trial operation, preparations for the passenger transport organization for the two routes have been completed and the transport has been officially launched this year on May 1 Golden Week.
