一、对象和方法1.对象:收集1997年2月至2003年6月青岛大学医学院附属医院收治的急性脑血管病患者145例,男82例,女63例,年龄60～88岁,其中60～69岁78例,70～79岁51例,80岁以上16例。诊断标准按1995年中华医学会第四次全国脑血管病会议各类脑血管病诊断要点[1]。所有病例均经头部

Subjects: A total of 145 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease admitted from Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College from February 1997 to June 2003 were collected, including 82 males and 63 females, aged 60-88 years 78 cases were 60 to 69 years old, 51 cases were 70 to 79 years old and 16 cases were over 80 years old.
