中、小型工业锅炉在我国工业企业中应用极广,其中蒸发量2吨/时以下的小型工业锅炉为数更多,约占锅炉总数量的80%左右。我国工业锅炉的特点是:(1)锅炉陈旧,技术性能差;(2)燃料耗量大,热效率低;(3)排污量大,一般达15%,有的高达25%以上;(4)管理水平较低,一般为手工操作,劳动强度大。针对我国工业锅炉的特点,既要进行锅炉炉体的改造,也要改善锅炉补给水和炉水的水质。本文仅介绍电渗析法处理工业锅炉补给水的效果和前景。一、锅炉水垢形成及其危害锅炉里,烟气向水的传热过程如下:
