CT问世后,脑于出血尤为桥脑出血屡有报导,但无定位体征的脑干出血报导甚少。我院于1992年至1993年收治3例无脑干症状及体征的脑干出血。现报告如下。例1男,32岁。四肢发作性麻木、发热、头胀2个月;间断出现双手发紧、双上肢不自主屈曲近1个月入院。查体;BP14/8kPa,神清语利,左面部痛觉减退,左上下肢肌力Ⅴ级弱,余神经系统均正常。头颅CT示脑于占位性病变。MRI诊断:右桥脑血肿(1×0.7cm)。按
After the advent of CT, the brain especially bleeding in the pontine hemorrhage has been reported, but there is little reported signs of brainstem hemorrhage. From 1992 to 1993, our hospital admitted 3 cases of brainstem hemorrhage without brain stem symptoms and signs. The report is as follows. Example 1 male, 32 years old. Extremities paroxysmal numbness, fever, head swelling 2 months; intermittent hands tight, involuntary upper limb involuntary admission nearly 1 month. Examination; BP14 / 8kPa, Shen Qing language Lee, left facial pain decreased, left lower extremity muscle strength Ⅴ level weakness, the remaining nervous system are normal.
