我国果树生产中栽培的樱桃,主要有中国樱桃和欧洲甜樱桃两大类型。安徽太和是中国樱桃的主要产地之一,著名的大鹰紫甘桃、二鹰红仙桃、金红桃、银红桃、杏黄桃等优良品种,均产于此地。太和樱桃栽培历史悠久,北宋文学家欧阳修在《再至汝阴》一诗中曾有“黄栗留鸣桑椹美,紫樱桃熟麦风凉”之句。太和旧时属汝阴(后为颍州),欧阳修曾为颍州太守,晚时退居颍州。由此可见,在北宋时期太和一带的樱桃栽培已根引人注目。明代撰写的太和县志载,樱桃以沙河(即颍河)两岸二里许最佳,以饧渍之,制成
Cherries cultivated in fruit trees in China mainly include two types of Chinese cherry and European sweet cherry. Taihe, Anhui Province, is one of the main producing areas of China’s cherries.
