产业转移是区域经济发展的一个重要现象,其本质是产业结构的演变,在此过程中伴随着产业价值链的重构。随着我国区域经济发展格局的变化和沿海地区日益明显的产业转移趋势,皖江城市带迎来了承接产业转移的历史机遇。皖江城市带紧邻长三角地区,具有矿产资源富集、水土资源充足、劳动力资源充裕等综合优势,是承接长三角产业转移的首要阵地。但是,皖江城市带承接产业转移也同样需要克服自身存在的中心城市辐射能力不强、产业结构偏弱、创新能力偏低等劣势,同时还面临着来自其他中部城市群的巨大挑战。皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区应该选择一条在转型中求发展的科学发展道路,积极做强中心城市,实现多层次的产业转移,带动城市带社会经济全面发展。
Industrial transfer is an important phenomenon of regional economic development. The essence of industrial transfer is the evolution of industrial structure. In the process, the industrial value chain is reconstructed. With the changes in the pattern of regional economic development in our country and the increasingly obvious trend of industrial transfer in the coastal areas, the urban belt of Anhui Province ushers in a historic opportunity to undertake the industrial transfer. The urban belt of Wanjiang is close to the Yangtze River Delta region and has the comprehensive advantages of enriching mineral resources, abundant water and soil resources and abundant labor resources, and is the prime position for undertaking the industrial transfer in the Yangtze River Delta. However, the industrial belt in Wanjiang City also needs to overcome the disadvantage of its own central cities, such as weak radiation capability, weak industrial structure and low innovation capability, as well as huge challenges from other central urban agglomerations. Wanjiang City to undertake industrial transfer demonstration zone should choose a path of scientific development in the transformation and development, and actively strengthen the central city, to achieve multi-level industrial transfer, and promote the city with a comprehensive social and economic development.
