1987年3月3日至7日,冶金工业部在本溪召开了全国冶金系统第三次计算机推广应用工作会议。这次会议的主要任务,一是总结交流最近两年来冶金系统计算机推广应用工作的经验,二是结合国办发[1986]92号文件《国务院办公厅转发电子振兴领导小组关于搞好我国计算机推广应用工作汇报提纲的通知》精神来讨论、研究和落实冶金系统和各单位的“七五”期间计算机推广应用工作规划。周传典总工程师在会上作了重要讲话,这篇讲话将对冶金系统推广应用计算机技术有极大的推动作用。现摘要刊出,以供参考。
From March 3 to March 7, 1987, the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry held a meeting on the third computer application and promotion of the national metallurgical system in Benxi. The main task of this meeting is to summarize the experience in computer application and promotion of the metallurgical system in the past two years. Second, in combination with the document No. 92 [1986] of the State Council, the leading group of the General Office of the State Council in promoting the rejuvenation of electronics, Application Work Report Outline “to discuss, research and implementation of metallurgical systems and various units of” seven five "period of computer application planning. Chief Engineer Zhou Chuan-dian made an important speech at the meeting. This speech will greatly promote the popularization and application of computer technology in the metallurgical system.
