本文分析应用中药乌茜汤治疗伴有子宫内膜活检病理资料的子宫出血140例临床疗效关系。经统计学处理发现子宫内膜形态变化与疗效有非常显著的差异(P<0.001)。子宫内膜分泌期或分泌反应疗效最佳。子宫内膜增生过长疗效最差。中医辨证分型与疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。子宫内膜形态变化与中医辨证分型也无明显差异(P>0.05)。因此,提示中西医结合治疗子宫出血时应注意子宫内膜形态的变化。通过子宫内膜活检不但能了解子宫内膜形态的变化,而且还能及早发现子宫内膜癌前病变或子宫内膜腺癌
This article analyzes the application of Chinese medicine Wu Qian Tang treatment of uterine bleeding with endometrial biopsy data of 140 cases of clinical efficacy. Therefore, suggesting that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of uterine bleeding should pay attention to changes in the morphology of the endometrium. By endometrial biopsy can not only understand the changes in the morphology of the endometrium, but also early detection of endometrial precancerous lesions or endometrial adenocarcinoma
