本文报道液氮冷冻治疗宫颈癌92例.主要采用接触法,晚期癌加用喷雾法.各期宫颈癌一次冷冻后治愈好转率为89.13%.采用3’-3’-3’与3’-3’-3’-3’-3’制癌瘤消失率为60%及78%,两组有显著差异.冷冻后肉眼和镜下分别可见0.3～0.8cm和0.1～0.5cm的冷冻区和坏死区.本文就各期癌冷冻后组织学改变、成败因素、适应症、随访等问题进行讨论.
In this paper, 92 cases of cervical cancer treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy were treated with contact method and advanced cancer plus spraying method.The cure rate of all stages of cervical cancer was 89.13% after one-time freezing.The rate of 3’-3’-3’and 3’- 3’-3’-3’-3’cancer rates of 60% and 78% were significantly different between the two groups.Frozen areas of 0.3 ~ 0.8cm and 0.1 ~ Necrosis area.This paper discusses the histological changes, success or failure factors, indications, follow-up and other issues in each stage of cancer after frozen.
