肿瘤的浸润和转移是复杂的多因素参与多步骤过程,首先是癌细胞自原发灶脱落,然后脱落的癌细胞破坏其周围基质,而后进入血管或淋巴管向远处转移。肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移也是导致临床治疗失败的最主要原因,了解转移发生机制有助于探索新的抗转移治疗措施。近年来研究显示肝肠钙粘连蛋白与肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移能力密切相关,本研究就肝肠钙粘连蛋白的生物学特性以及其在消化道肿瘤中的研究进展做一综述。
Invasion and metastasis of tumor is a complex multi-factor involved in the multi-step process, the first cancer cells fall off from the primary tumor, and then shed the cancer cells to destroy the surrounding matrix, and then into the blood vessels or lymphatic metastasis. The invasion and metastasis of tumor cells are also the main reasons leading to the failure of clinical treatment. Understanding the mechanism of metastasis helps to explore new anti-metastatic treatment measures. In recent years, studies have shown that hepatocellular adhesion protein is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells. In this study, the biological characteristics of hepatic intestinal cadherin and its progress in the study of gastrointestinal tumors were reviewed.
