农村富余劳动力向非农产业和城镇转移,是工业化和城镇化的必然趋势,随着我国城市化进程的加快,我国每年有几千万农民工涌入城市,形成了庞大的职业群体和社会群体。党中央、国务院高度重视农民进城务工就业问题,今年初,国务院办公厅专门对做好农民进城务工就业管理和服务发出通知(国办发[2003]1号),要求做好农民进城务工合法权益的保护工作。本文根据我国和本省法律法规有关规定,对农民工十个方面的合法权利作了阐述,供大家参考。
