赵英奇,辽宁黑山人,毕业于沈阳建筑工程学院。1969年入伍,曾在沈阳军区抗敌话剧团创作组、沈阳军区后勤部基建营房部、总后勤部基建营房部工作。现为中国国际书画院副院长、益百诚国际书画院副院长。军旅生涯三十余年,创作八场话剧《雾满龙冈》、独幕话剧《两台自行车》、电视剧《到哪当顾问》、小品《搬家》、《收电费》等十几部作品;创编十四部反映部队后勤建设的电视纪实片;
Zhao Yingqi, Liaoning Montenegro, graduated from Shenyang Institute of Architectural Engineering. He joined the army in 1969 and worked in the creation group of the anti-enemy repertory theater in Shenyang Military Region, the basement barracks department in the logistics department of Shenyang Military Region, and the basement barracks department in the General Logistics Department. He is now the vice president of China International Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the vice president of Yi Baicheng International Painting and Calligraphy Institute. Over thirty years of military career, he has composed more than ten works such as eight dramas “Nagaoka full of fog”, one-act drama “two bicycles”, drama “Where to be a consultant”, sketch “move” Fourteen television documentaries reflecting the logistics construction of the armed forces were created.
