对当前国内外所采用的各种石英摆片工艺流程进行比较后,在实验基础上提出了一种适合我国现有条件的新的加工方法。某些工艺中的关键问题,如落料中的崩边与镀膜脱落现象也作了讨论。
On the basis of the experiment, a new processing method that suits the current conditions in our country is proposed based on the comparison of the current domestic and international technological process of various kinds of quartz pendulum. Some of the key issues in the process, such as chipping and chipping in blanks, are also discussed.
