随着我国煤矿不断地向深部开采,矿井瓦斯浓度逐渐增大,煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故也呈现出日趋严重的趋势。瓦斯爆炸事故的发生是多因素综合作用的结果,为了分析导致事故发生各影响因素的影响程度,需要对事故各致因因素影响程度的大小进行比较。采用灰关联分析方法对煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故发生的原因进行分析,首先确定煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故发生的原因,然后分别计算各类事故致因因素对事故发生的灰色关联度,并对灰关联度计算结果进行排序,从而确定各影响因素关联度的大小顺序,得出机电设备老化是高温热源产生的最主要原因,通风系统设计不合理是瓦斯聚集的最主要原因。
As China\'s coal mines continue to deep mining, mine gas concentration gradually increased, coal mine gas explosion accidents are also showing a growing trend. The occurrence of gas explosion accident is the result of multi-factor comprehensive effect. In order to analyze the degree of impact of each factor that causes the accident, it is necessary to compare the extent of the causal factors. The causes of gas explosion accident in coal mine are analyzed by using gray relational analysis method. First, the causes of gas explosion accident in coal mine are determined. Then, the gray relational degree of each accident cause factor to accident is calculated, and the result of gray relational degree calculation The order of the correlation degree of each influencing factor is determined. It is concluded that the aging of mechanical and electrical equipment is the most important cause of high temperature heat source. The unreasonable ventilation system design is the most important reason for gas accumulation.
