人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）与宫颈癌发病关系密切已引起人们的高度重视，在HPV分型、亚基因结构及分子免疫学等方面进行了大量的研究。本文综述了近年来高危型HPV亚基因结构与致癌机理和分子免疫学方面的研究进展。
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is closely related to the pathogenesis of cervical cancer, and a great deal of research has been done on HPV typing, subgenomic structure and molecular immunology. This review summarizes recent advances in the research on subtypes of high-risk HPV subtypes and oncogenic mechanisms and molecular immunology.
