胃癌术前血清CEA、CA_(19-9)、CA_(50)水平及其诊断价值探讨

94例胃癌术前测定血清CEA、CA19-9和CA50三种肿瘤标志物。结果说明单项检测诊断价值不大，三种联合检测有助于提高阳性率，且与胃癌病理分期密切相关，CA50正常水平者皆可进行手术。

Preoperative serum CEA, CA19-9, and CA50 tumor markers were measured in 94 patients with gastric cancer. The results showed that the diagnostic value of single test was not significant, and the three combined tests were helpful to improve the positive rate, and were closely related to the pathological stage of gastric cancer. All patients with normal level of CA50 could undergo surgery.
