株洲曾经被国人视为“新型的工业城市”,然而,随着市场经济的发展,人们对株洲工业的这种“新”的感觉日渐淡化。这里的原因固然很多,但最主要还是没能形成企业核心竞争力。核心竞争力是企业生命之源。市场经济是注重资源配置效率的经济,而核心竞争力理论正是以资源为基础的竞争力优势理论。该理论认为,企业经营战略的关键,在于培养和发展能使企业在未来市场中居于有利地位的核心竞争力。
Zhuzhou was once regarded as a “new industrial city” by the Chinese people. However, with the development of a market economy, the feeling of such “newness” in Zhuzhou's industry has been gradually diminished. Although there are many reasons here, but the main still did not form the core competitiveness of enterprises. The core competitiveness of the enterprise is the source of life. Market economy is focusing on the efficiency of resource allocation economy, while the core competence theory is resource-based competitive advantage theory. The theory holds that the key to a business strategy lies in nurturing and developing core competencies that will enable the company to take a favorable position in the future market.
