我是一个普通的化工工艺工程师,从30多年的工作实践中,我体会到:工程师从出校门到如今,有的从事现场技术,有的从事设计,有的从事科研等工作。多年来,大多数工程师都能圆满完成自己的任务,甚至能出色完成自己的任务。每个人多年的技术工作,不仅学习不少知识,多年的积累,还总结出不少新的经验、独特的见解。或为本单位解决难题,或为本行业攻克难关,或创造了可观的效益,或为祖国争得荣誉。这些都是我们工程师多年辛勤创造劳动的结晶。
I am an ordinary chemical process engineer. From more than 30 years of practice, I have realized that engineers have been working in the field since the time they went out to school, some in the field of design, and some have engaged in scientific research. Over the years, most engineers have successfully completed their tasks and can even perform their tasks well. Years of technical work for everyone, not only to learn a lot of knowledge, years of accumulation, but also summed up many new experiences, unique insights. Or for the unit to solve problems, or overcome the storm for the industry, or to create considerable benefits, or gain honor for the motherland. These are the fruits of years of hard work by our engineers.
