断裂破碎带隧道由于所处岩体结构面发育,贯通性较好,围岩的整体性较差,强度低,自稳能力差,且施工中伴随裂隙水、富水等问题,在施工中易发生初期支护变形、塌方、侵限等现象,情况严重时须采取相应的加固方案以确保隧道施工顺利进行。本文针对F3断裂破碎带隧道施工过程中塌方段的超前管棚加固技术进行了研究,研究结果表明,在断裂破碎带隧道突发性塌方情况下,采取超前管棚加固技术可以快速安全的通过塌方段及破碎带围岩,且加固效果明显,对断裂破碎带隧道施工具有一定的指导意义。
Due to the development of structural plane of rock mass in fault zone, the tunnel is good in continuity and poor in integrity, low in strength and poor in self-stability. In the construction, cracks and water-rich problems are easily encountered during construction. Occurred in the initial support deformation, landslides, intrusion and other phenomena, in the case of serious reinforcement measures must be taken to ensure the smooth construction of the tunnel. In this paper, we study the advanced pipe roof reinforcement technology in the collapse section of the tunnel with broken F3 tunnel. The results show that in the case of sudden collapse of the broken tunnel, adopting advanced pipe roof reinforcement technology can quickly and safely pass the landslide Section and crushed rock, and the reinforcement effect is obvious, which is of guiding significance to the tunnel construction of fracture and broken zone.
