人文精神与教学工作相辅相成是现代教育的最高领域。中学数学教育工作是国内每所学校都必须开展的一项工作,中学学校数学教育工作的基本精神是人文精神。以人为本是科学发展观的核心,是中国共产党坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨的体现,自中国共产党十六届三中全会《决定》提出“坚持以人为本”的要求后,全国教育、工作各个方面均刮起了“弘扬人文精神”风潮。中学数学教育工作坚持弘扬人文精神是现代社会发展对中学教育行业的基本要求,是现代化教育发展对社会、人才、培训机构的必然要求。
