对新型醚化溶剂环戊基甲醚(CPME)的生产方法进行研究。使用Aspen Plus软件模拟CPME反应精馏系统,以CPME纯度作为目标函数,同时考虑转化率、副反应速率以及热负荷等,探索精馏塔参数对CPME纯度的影响。得到最佳参数分别为:理论板数20块,原料进料板位置第16块板,回流比0.7,精馏段和提馏段理论板数均是4块,甲醇(Me OH)和环戊烯(CPE)摩尔比0.8,操作压力0.8 MPa。此时CPME的质量分数为97.35%,CPE转化率为70%,再沸器负荷为196.79 k W。并确定了第5块和第16块理论板为灵敏板。
The production of cyclopentyl methyl ether (CPME), a new etherification solvent, was studied. CPME reaction distillation system was simulated by Aspen Plus software. CPME purity was taken as the objective function, and the effect of distillation column parameters on the purity of CPME was explored with consideration of conversion rate, side reaction rate and heat load. The optimal parameters were as follows: theoretical plate number 20, raw material feed plate position 16th plate, reflux ratio 0.7, rectifying section and stripping section theoretical plate number are four, methanol (Me OH) and cyclopentane Olefin (CPE) molar ratio of 0.8, the operating pressure of 0.8 MPa. At this point, the mass fraction of CPME was 97.35%, the CPE conversion was 70% and the reboiler load was 196.79 kW. And identified the 5th and 16th theoretical plates as sensitive plates.
