一、理想课堂应有明晰的教学目标明确教学目标,首先必须确立学生是学习的主人这一理念。教师明确学生通过一定的学习活动,其内在能力或情感的变化。诚然,明确教学目标,做到有的放矢,本不是什么新话题,而现实却不容乐观。一些教师对教学目标缺乏正确的认识,有的为应付检查而罗列几点,感觉教学目标说起来重要,写出来容易,真正按照要求去落实却很难。新课程下,教师应依据课程标准明确教学目标,教学设计要心中有学生,关注学生学习,使一切教学活动都能基于促进学生学习而展开。实践证明,把教学目标置于新课程有效教学的核心,基于课程标准来准确定位教学目标,以目标为依据设计教学和评价方案,实施目标导引教学,能够不断
