各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:根据《中共中央、国务院关于治理向企业乱收费、乱罚款和各种摊派等问题的决定》(中发[1997]14号)经省政府第4次常务会议研究决定,第二批取消的不合理收费项目28项,现通知如下:一、汽车安全节油十二字操作法培训费二、涉外汽车运输审验费(包括初审费)三、种子质量合格证费四、农药广告审批手续费
Each administrative bureau, municipalities, and counties, and the provincial government’s direct affiliates: According to the “Decision of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council on Arbitrating Charges, Penalties and Various Kinds of Apportionment to Enterprises,” (Zhongfa [1997] No. 14) The 4th executive meeting of the provincial government decided to study and cancel the second batch of 28 items of unreasonable charges, which are hereby notified as follows: 1. The training fee for the 12-character operation law for fuel-saving and safety of automobiles; 2. The inspection fee for foreign-related automobile transportation (including the preliminary examination fee ) Third, the seed quality certification fees IV, pesticides advertising approval fees
