完全性大动脉转位(TGA)是新生儿时期常见的发绀型先天性心脏病。大动脉调转术(SWITCH)是目前治疗TGA的首选术式。新生儿期是手术的最佳时期。现取2011年12月~2012年12月,22例(TGA)患者行SWITCH术麻醉体会报告如下。临床资料1一般资料:本组新生儿22例,男性13例,女性9例,年龄出生2小时~27天,平均12.31天,体重:2.2~3.9kg,平均3.12kg。其中早产儿2例。77.2%(17/22例)在出生第l天即出现症状。诊断为先天性心脏病,完全性大动脉转位
Complete aortic transposition (TGA) is a common neonatal cyanotic congenital heart disease. Aortic transfer surgery (SWITCH) is currently the preferred method of treatment of TGA.
