Mi Qiao Ming received a systematic training in the department of oil painting at the Repin Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia, and mastered the basis of realistic painting. The basic skills of realistic oil painting, first, modeling structure, and second, color cultivation, the two complement each other to jointly create an artistic realm. Modeling structure and painting color, revelation from objective objects, based on objective and natural, is not a subjective conjecture, but not an objective and natural mechanical imitation. Objective and natural resources can only be achieved if they are applied flexibly and in line with the principles of painting by the artist
