“没有公益性岗位,就没有目前旺苍清洁的城乡面貌;没有公益性岗位,就没有目前旺苍良好的交通秩序;没有公益性岗位,就没有目前旺苍稳定的大好局面!”这是四川省广元市旺苍县社会各界对公益性岗位的高度评价和充分肯定。2010年,旺苍县先后开发公益性岗位1000多个,安置就业困难对象和“零就业家庭”成员2274人,主要从事城乡保洁、保安、保卫、交通协管等社会公共服务,不但有效地缓解了城镇就业压力,更有力地促进旺苍社会公共服务事业的大发展。公益性岗位有效运行的背后,是就业专项资金的坚实后盾。
