超声波制浆技术具有将制浆和漂白合二为一的特点,并且相较于传统的制浆,制浆废液量明显减少,减少了污染,降低了能耗,生产的纸浆得率在70%左右。本研究中,以超声波杨木浆为原料抄造装饰原纸,确定了造纸过程中用的填料、湿强剂等助剂的最优添加量,并且使用自制的改性填料使纸张的各项指标达到或超出国家标准的助剂的最优添加量。在超声波纸浆∶松木硫酸盐浆为3∶7时,纸张的抗张强度、白度、不透明度等指标均能达到国家标准要求;当使用自制填料的改性剂添加量为3%时,纸张的性能得到了进一步提高,由此可见,超声波纸浆具有良好的应用发展前景。
